Employee’s paynas cards can be used at any ATM, for in-store purchases, and online. Paynas health insurance packages give employees access to top quality health providers and offer employees peace of mind that their medical expenses and emergencies are covered.

paynas bills its subscribers for the platform and the paynas cards on a monthly basis, based on number of active employees during that time, and bills subscribers of medical insurance policies quarterly.

We use encryption, firewalls, and other technology to help keep your data secure. The bank account information you provide in order to process payroll is secured using different anti-fraud measures.
Yes, you can opt out of any product at any time.
The paynas platform calculates payroll based on the rules and policies you choose during setup, which you can edit at any time. This includes your company’s policies on attendance, lateness, and vacations, among others.
Yes, you are in complete control over how many users have access to different functions of the platform based on your business needs.
